OUR SERVICE

All clients and homes are different. For this reason, we ask that clients make a priority list to ensure that what is important to you is completed. To keep our costs affordable, clients supply equipment and supplies. Supply a good running vacuum and a basic list of effective products. If you have any questions about products ask your housekeeper or call ABSOLUTELY CLEAN and we will give you suggestions.

We encourage you to meet your housekeeper on the first visit. You can show them around your home and point out where your supplies and priority list are kept. If for some reason your housekeeper is not available on your day of service ABSOLUTELY CLEAN will refer a replacement to you. After your service with one of our housecleaners, we will call you for your evaluation and comments. Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied and would like to continue service through us. We go out of our way to make your busy schedule a little easier through a housekeeping service that is reliable, dependable and dedicated to bring you the best possible service.

We are licensed by the State of Washington as a Housekeeping Referral Service.
We are bonded and will reimburse our clients up to $5,000.00 for any theft which the housekeeper is convicted of having committed.
We are insured for any negligent act by ABSOLUTELY CLEAN.
Housekeepers are responsible for their own actions for any damage they cause while in your home. They are aware of their responsibility and are careful when they come into clients homes.

We have various services available. They include:

REGULAR SERVICE
$64.00 per 4 hour with a $4.00 surcharge for first time and occasional service. Saturday service - add $1.00 per hour.

MOVE - IN/OUTS
$80.00 per 4 hour service (we supply equipment).

COMMERCIAL/OFFICE
$80.00 per 4 hour service (we supply equipment).

ALL DAY SERVICE
8 hours of service to allow you to have both big and little jobs done.

OCCASIONAL SERVICE
Service available on a one-time or occasional basis with a 4 hour minimum.

MULTIPLE DAYS
When you need to schedule more than one day in a week.
Because situations arise where you may need to cancel a service, we ask you provide a 48 hour cancellation notice to allow us time to find a replacement client for your housekeeper.
