QUALIFICATIONS

Line Cooks                                           $10.00 -13.00/Hr.               D.O.E. and Skill Proficiency

  • We are looking for talented technicians with a minimum of 2 years experience in full service restaurant kitchens.
  • You must be technically proficient in 1-2 line positions and have the ability to produce high quality food, to recipe, within specified timing standards, in an extremely fast paced environment. Schedule flexibility is required.
  •   If you have a positive teamwork oriented attitude along with the drive to master your current position and the desire to learn others we would like to hear from you.

Supervisor Position                                                                                           

  • The Coho Café is looking for someone who is well organized, positive, energetic and who is a natural leader .
  • This is an entry-level floor supervisory position, which oversees restaurant operations to ensure food & beverage quality, guest satisfaction, and financial goals.
  • We are looking for an individual who has previous restaurant experience and is willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
  • We are a team-oriented group who welcomes someone to help us achieve our goals together.

Front Desk Lead

  • We are looking for someone who is positive, enthusiastic, well organized, and energetic with a warm and friendly personality.
  • This individual needs to enjoy “taking care of people” and is able to demonstrate genuine hospitality.
  • A clean and polished image is a required.
  • You must be confident and poised to engage in conversation with guests, answer phones, and multi task.
  • The position offered includes possible days, nights, and partial weekend scheduling.
  • Previous or similar experience is preferred yet not required.

Servers

Part Time Weekend Bookkeeper 
$11.00 - $13.00 / Hour             D.O.E. and Skill Proficiency

We are looking for someone that is able to commit to four hours a day every Saturday and Sunday.  Scheduled start times are slightly flexible as long as the work is completed before 11am. Some vacation or illness coverage during the week may be needed.

  • This is a great position for someone that is interested in the bookkeeping and accounting field and would like to gain some experience while they are attending school. Additional work in the restaurant may be available if you were interested.
  • Another good combination would be a server or front desk person that would like to gain some additional skills or experience in the bookkeeping and accounting field.
  • Stay at home parents that have some bookkeeping or accounting experience that can commit to a weekend schedule are also welcome.
  • You need to be a great communicator, detail oriented, and very reliable.
    • Special Note - There is only one other person in the restaurant that does bookkeeping so any time off needed on the weekend will require a great deal of advanced notice and planning.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Excel is required. Outlook would be helpful but not required.
