AT KINCAID'S WE GO TO THE ENDS OF THE WORLD FOR YOU
Dear Lesley:
Off the coast of Australia the shallow waters of the Gulf of Carpinteria are home to the Banana Prawn. These succulent, tremendously sweet and tender delicacies are so prized in Japan that we rarely see them in the U.S...Until now.
We've been lucky enough to acquire a limited supply so beginning today we're featuring Australian Banana Prawns in appetizers and entrees. My favorite preparation? Stuffed with Crab and Macadamia nuts and served with lime-zested Basmati rice and fresh vegetables.
I'm hoping to have these large beauties until mid-July, come in and savor them while you can! Until then...
G'Day from Down Under,

It's more than a meal, it's a memory.
