Official Rules. Terms and Conditions
SinglePoint Airfare Drawing Official Rules and Information. This drawing is administered and managed by SinglePoint and is governed by the terms and conditions contained herein.
No Purchase Necessary. No purchase is necessary to enter this FREE drawing. Entering via text message to 10812 constitutes entry in this drawing. Entry by other means will not be accepted. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Standard text message rates apply by the participant's wireless carrier.
Duration. Entry for this drawing will only be accepted from 12:00 PM (PDT) to 6:00 PM (PDT) on October 4, 2007 at SinglePoint and MIG iTV Symposium.
Prizes. SinglePoint will pay air travel for two persons, worth up to $800/per person to attend the 6 Nations Rugby match in the UK. Two tickets to the 6 Nations rugby have been donated by MIG, including two nights accommodation in London.
Rugby. The 6 Nations Rugby game takes place at Twickenham, London, UK on Saturday 2nd February 2008. You will have access to The Players Executive Lounge which includes full hospitality and an international guest speaker Q&A before the match and attendance of four England squad players after the match.
Travel. Travel must be coordinated via SinglePoint travel resources. This offer is not transferable to any other travel. Approximate total retail value of all prizes is $1600.
Accommodation. Accommodation in London on Friday and Saturday night is included courtesy of MIG, and is based on twin or double room occupancy. Accommodation must be coordinated through MIG.
No cash will be awarded in lieu of, as part of, or in addition to any prize. The prizes are nontransferable. If a winner is unable to use a prize, another winner will be chosen. Other restrictions may apply. SinglePoint reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. SinglePoint does not provide any warranty for the prizes, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Drawing. One winner will be chosen at 6:30 PM from entries received prior to the drawing. The winner will be selected from a random drawing. Winners will be announced at the time of the drawing at SinglePoint and MIG iTV Symposium, and MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. SinglePoint and MIG assume no responsibility for any technical problems in connection to the transmission of the participant's entry including traffic congestion and equipment failure or malfunction.
Geographic Restrictions. This drawing is open only to legal residents of the United States.
Other Restrictions. This drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Eligibility. Limit one entry per person. Must be 18 years of age or older to win. Eligibility of winners will be verified. Each winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility. Employees, contractors, representatives, directors, officers of SinglePoint and MIG, and their families and households, are not eligible. Each winner may be required to sign a publicity release that will allow the use of that winner's name by SinglePoint. By entering this drawing, participants and winners release SinglePoint, MIG, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from any and all liability and shall hold harmless for injuries, claims, losses or damage of any nature whatsoever arising from the acceptance, use or possession of the prize.
Taxes. All taxes related to the acceptance of any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
