Employee Benefits


Health Plans

We pay 100% of monthly medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees and 75% of their spouses or domestic partners, and dependent children.


Retirement

We match up to 3% of eligible employee salary to our 401(k) plan. This plan is currently administered by Fidelity Investments. Employees may contribute up to 60 percent of their pre-tax compensation to the 401(k) plan, up to the annual IRS maximum.


Flex-Plan Spending and Dependent Care Accounts

We offer a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) that can be used to pay for out-of-pocket medical expenses. Money is deducted on a pre-tax basis up to $3,000 per calendar year. The Day Care FSA can be used to pay for qualified day care expenses, up to $5,000 per year, using pre-tax dollars.


Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance

We pay 100 percent of monthly premiums for life, short-term and long-term disability insurance.


Time Off

Our employees accrue a minimum of 18 days of flex time. We observe 7 standard holidays and our employees receive one annual floating holiday.


Company Events

We generally have two events each year open to employees and their families. A winter party usually takes place in January and a summer picnic occurs in July. Informal quarterly events such as bowling and putt-putt golf are arranged for employees to get together outside or regular working hours.
