Patrick McQuown Joins SinglePoint™ as Vice President, Business Development

Bellevue, WA - November 1, 2006 - SinglePoint (formerly Wireless Services Inc.), today announced that Patrick McQuown has joined the company as Vice President in charge of Business Development. In this role, he will join a growing team of media industry experts in tailoring and extending SinglePoint solutions for the television, content, and mobile marketing segments. McQuown brings to SinglePoint a strong history of leadership in the mobile and new technology realms.

Prior to joining SinglePoint, Patrick was President and co-founder of Proteus, a leading mobile media company. McQuown led Proteus for nine years until the sale of Proteus to Telitas AS in 2004. Under Patrick's leadership and vision Proteus achieved numerous industry firsts including the first U.S. company to develop and demonstrate a working WAP site as well as launching an interactive application for the 2002 Super Bowl which resulted in the largest single-event to be presented to both an iTV and wireless audience. McQuown has completed iTV applications for NBC, ABC, Fox, Discovery Communications, HBO, Major League Baseball, The Nation Football League, The Summer Olympics and World Cup Soccer. In addition to his numerous wireless iTV application developments, McQuown worked on the launch of the Speedpass for Exxon Mobil. Speedpass is the largest and most successful contactless payment technology utilizing RFID.
