How do I count my steps?
At the heart of the program is WalkStyles' DashTrak™ fitness monitor (that tracks steps, distance, calories burned and more) and an on line Wellness Subscription where you can upload DashTrak data and metrics each day for a chance to win valuable prizes (worth up to $4,000) in daily contests and drawings during the Expo.

How do I report the steps I have walked?
Upload the steps you have taken by connecting your DashTrak at any of the computers located in the Networking area. You may log into www.walkstyles.com to upload your information from your personal computer (pc's only, not Macs). Instructions will be provided with your DashTrak™ package.

Who is eligible to participate?
All ISPA member conference attendees who are U.S. residents are allowed to participate. Due to limited quantities of DashTrak™ devices available, Resource Partners are not eligible to participate.

Do I need to be present to win?
You need not be present to win any of the prizes. We will notify you in the event that your name was drawn.

I don't think I'll be able to walk as much as other people. Will I still have a chance to win prizes?
Yes! All prizes winners will be drawn from a pool of eligible contestants. If you are not using a DashTrak™, you can still enter daily drawings by filling out an entry card in Las Vegas. All you have to do is upload your DashTrak each day of the conference. There will be daily drawings for prizes from Phytomer, WalkStyles and Hay House. You must walk 10,000 steps during the 24 hour period from 12:00 AM to midnight November 7 or the 16 hour period from 12:00 Am to 4:00 PM on November 8 to be eligible for the Precor Elliptical Crosstrainer.

This sounds like fun. I want to participate, but I don't know if I'll want the DashTrak after the conference is over.
That's fine. You'll be asked to provide a valid credit card as a deposit for your DashTrak™. All you have to do is return it to the WalkStyles, Inc. booth (#228) by the end of the exhibition hours and your credit card won't be billed. Please note that the $9.95 advance shipping/handling charge for Option 1 is not refundable.

Can I use my own pedometer?
One of the unique features of the DashTrak™ fitness monitor is its ability to automatically track the steps you take during a 24-hour period. This is a critical element to the operation of the contest because it allows us to easily track the number of steps taken by hundreds of people each day. You'll be able to use a DashTrak™ during this contest at no charge, so try it out – we think you'll like it.
