Precor Step Count Challenge Sweepstakes open to US residents only.

No purchase necessary to enter into the drawings and contests. Void where prohibited by law. The chance of winning in the contests and drawings will vary depending upon the entrants. An entry card may be obtained at the Precor booth (#409) during the ISPA Expo hours of operation. Limit one entry per day, per contestant.

ISPA Resource Partners are not eligible for the Precor Step Count Challenge.

Only participants who record and upload 10,000 steps during the 24-hour period from 12:00 AM to midnight November 7 or the 16-hour period from 12:00 AM to 4:00 PM on November 8, 2006, will be eligible to win the Grand Prize, First Prize or Second Prize.

Participants must use a DashTrak™ from WalkStyles, Inc. and must register for the contest through www.walkstyles.com/stepcountchallenge.aspx.

DashTraks will be available through WalkStyles, Inc. Participants not returning their DashTraks by 4:00 PM November 8 will have their credit card charged the special offer price (additional $79 if ordered in advance under Option 1, or additional $88.95 if ordered under Option 2).

Participants must provide WalkStyles, Inc. with a valid Credit Card number to use in the case of an unreturned DashTrak.

The Grand Prize Precor EFX 576i Elliptical Crosstrainer includes delivery and installation.

The First Prize package includes conference registration for two to the "I Can Do It 2007" Conference scheduled for May 17-20 in Las Vegas, NV, domestic coach air fare for two, and accommodations during the conference at the Venetian Hotel and Resort.

One (1) Second Prize package includes round trip airfare for two to Salt Lake City, 2 nights accommodations (at a local location to be determined by Phytomer in their sole discretion), round trip ground transportation between the destination airport and hotel, $50 per day per person for meals, $750 in spa treatments at Phytomer's spa treatment training center and a guest pass to the Sports Mall Health Club next door to Phytomer's headquarters. ARV of Second Prize: $3,500.
