ABSOLUTELY CLEAN
FEE AGREEMENT
This contract is made this _____ day of __________, 19 _____ by and between ABSOLUTELY CLEAN which is owned by Todd Bigelow and Janet Steuermann, a partnership, and ____________________ applicant. ABSOLUTELY CLEAN is in the business of referring each qualified applicant to a home owner (client) desiring to employ a person for domestic housekeeping services. In consideration of the covenants of this contract:
THE PARTIES AGREE THAT:
- FEE SCHEDULE
The Applicant share pay to ABSOLUTELY CLEAN a one-time only placement fee of five dollars ($5.00) which shall be payable following placement at the first housekeeping job on Friday following that employment out of the fee paid by the client for that job. The remainder of the fee to ABSOLUTELY CLEAN is paid by the employer (the Client).
- ABSOLUTELY CLEAN SHALL:
- Offer housekeeping to Applicant as such referrals become available taking into consideration such factors as time, place and nature of the work.
- Continuously promote and advertise, seeking clients through newspapers, handouts, yellow pages, promotions, telephone contact and other techniques.
- Provide a written schedule of current client rates used in this area with later reports of changes as these occur.
- Continuously maintain accurate record of Clients served by Applicant.
- Provide a weekly statement (from individual receipts) of hours worked, and Client fees due ABSOLUTELY CLEAN with Clients’ names, hours, dates and other appropriate information.
- Review weekly the next week offers and individual Client’s comments stemming from previous jobs.
- APPLICANT SHALL:
- Accept or refuse client referrals from ABSOLUTELY CLEAN.
- Accomplish the work required by Clients in a professional manner.
- Receive their wages from clients.
- Furnish at their own expense, all transportation and equipment necessary to perform housekeeping services required by the Clients at an agreed upon appointment time.
- Be responsible for any damage that they cause in the Client’s home.
- APPLICANT SHALL NOT:
Have the right to solicit or accept employment by any Client to whom they are referred by ABSOLUTELY CLEAN independent of ABSOLUTELY CLEAN during this contract and for a period of ninety days after termination of this contract. Violation of this requirement shall immediately and permanently terminate any and all of Applicant’s rights under this contract.
- TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:
The contract may be terminated without cause at any time by either party by 14 day written notice to the other party.
APPLICANT-READ BEFORE SIGNING
THIS IS A CONTRACT. IF YOU AGREE TO WORK FOR ANY EMPLOYER (CLIENT) THROUGH ABSOLUTELY CLEAN YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE FEE AS SET OUT ABOVE. DO NOT SIGN THIS CONTRACT BEFORE YOU READ IT OR IF ANY SPACES INTENDED FOR THE AGREED TERMS ARE LEFT BLANK.
