ABSOLUTELY CLEAN
Security Deposit
- As a condition of ABSOLUTELY CLEAN referring housekeepers to clients, housekeepers are required to post a $20.00 security deposit which is refundable under the conditions outlined below.
- This deposit is required since you, as a housekeeper, will be entrusted to return ABSOLUTELY CLEAN clients’ fees to the office. These are not fees we charge you. These are fees our clients pay for the services we provide.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- All housekeepers must post a security deposit regardless of when they began working with ABSOLUTELY CLEAN.
- Should you be late in returning ABSOLUTELY CLEAN’s client fees on more than one occasion, you will be required to post a second $20.00 security deposit in addition to paying a $10.00 late penalty.
- You must give ABSOLUTELY CLEAN two weeks notice of your intent to terminate to receive your deposit. This time is needed to find an appropriate and acceptable replacement for your clients. (This money will not be refunded if you do not give two (2) weeks notice; do not work for your regularly scheduled clients during the period after giving notice; or, if we determine that you have arranged to work for any of ABSOLUTELY CLEAN’s clients in violation of your signed agreement.)
- Should you leave ABSOLUTELY CLEAN prior to working eight (8) weeks, you must return the plastic pouch and its contents.
- Please allow two (2) weeks to receive a refund from our office during which time will determine that all clients have been rescheduled; there are no property damage problems with clients; that you owe no free work time to any clients; that all fees and penalties are paid in full. If for any reason any money or clients are in question, ABSOLUTELY CLEAN reserves the right to withhold your deposit until a final resolution is reached.
