NOTE: Monthly income to someone working 40 hours per week at
$8.00 = $1280.00
- Must average these hours week in and week out so it's generally advisable to work one additional four hour job per week to cover the occasions when you are ill, have family emergencies, auto problems, etc. that cause you to miss a job.
- Increase beyond the starting rate and before you are FROZEN depend on calling in each day before you have an opening (without missing), and on the quality of your client callbacks (i.e., no yellow dots).
- There are absolutely no increases beyond $8.00 until FROZEN.
- Increases are not automatic. Callbacks must be good and you must not miss a single day calling in.
- FROZEN means that you have all regular (weekly or bi-monthly) clients and you have worked them at least twice. You must be REFROZEN if client cancels to remain at the FROZEN rate. Client turnover because of poor service or lack of dependability will lead to termination of our relationship.
